If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Vintage and One of a kind items and Pillows.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Please let us know why you are returning the item.
- We will tell you what store to return the package to, and send you the address.
- Returns need to be sent within 14 days of purchasing.
- We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving it.
- If we paid more than customer paid for shipping, the excess amount will be subtracted from the store credit.
- Customer is responsible for lost or damaged returns.
