Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase for store credit. 

Shipping Costs:

Our Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package. At checkout, you will see the total amount you are being charged, before you pay.

Shipping costs are not refunded for returns. 

Order processing time: 

Our goal is to ship orders as fast as possible. Our typical turn around time is 2-3 days from when the order is placed to when it is picked up to ship. We try and pack and ship your products as fast as possible. We cannot guarantee ship times.

Shipping carriers and methods:

We ship through UPS and The USPS.

Delivery Speed and Tracking:

You will be sent a tracking number when your order ships. The delivery speed depends on your location and the carrier. Packages usually take less than 5 days.

If your item arrives damaged please take a picture of the package and the item and email it to us. 

If your package says it was delivered, we are not liable. Please contact the shipping carrier based off of your tracking number.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item within 14 days of purchase and re purchase the size that you want. We can process as an exchange but there is a chance your item could sell out before it is processed, so please let us know you plan on exchanging for a different size. If there is a price difference your exchange will be processed as a return and you can re purchase what you would like with your store credit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gifts must also be returned within 14 days for a store credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please notify us. Otherwise the refund is sent to the gift giver.
